I bought a chair a few weeks ago and the mesh on the back of the chair started coming off. I paid $170 for the chair. I brought it back and for no extra cost, was offered up to a $250 replacement chair for no extra charge. Outstanding customer service!

Very patient and took plenty of time to discuss our needs for a new desk, and went out of their way to help us stay in budget. After mistakenly giving me the wrong colored desk, they caught their own mistake before I even noticed and called me to (free of charge) deliver the correct one. I went in to 309 furniture to purchase a filing cabinet. They have a huge selection of those along with many other things like chairs, desks and so much more. The sales manager, Tammy, could not have been nicer. She was helpful and friendly and gave me a great deal which was totally unnecessary but very much appreciated! Troy helped me pack the item into my car and took great care and detail to also protect my car from any damage it might cause to it on the way home. I felt like I was really cared for today and I can’t say enough great things about this store. Thank you so much for such a Tammy and Troy for such a nice experience. Looking forward to coming back in for my next office need.
